So I have finally posted new items in my shop yay!!!! and the seasons must have item in your closet is florals florals florals! Since spring has sprung here in Berlin my next theme is the Garden Party and all the pretty floral dresses perfect for them. I really love this black dress with yellow and blue flowers the colors really pop. While I was browsing over at WHO WHAT WHERE I found the perfect matching eco friendly Cri de Coeur shoe to match. I love mixing prints and the kelly green and lepoard combo will look great with the floral dress ( you can't see it in the picture but the leaves on the flowers are kelly green ;) ). Top your nails off with eco friendly nail polish Seaboard from Scotch Naturals and your ready for summer.

Today I am wearing my favorite curling sweater I found in Toronto for $30. I love this sweater because it has horses and I love grey black and white. The dress was a gift from my friend who understands my great love for vintage. The belt is vintage and was a gift also. My bag is vintage Coach, that I bought in Williamsburg for an amazing price! I was shopping with my daughter and I found this black one and a cute smaller brown purse, because there was white stuff (which I knew would easily come off :) ) on the black purse I bartered it down to $20 from $30 and bought the smaller brown purse for $15 so I went home a happy camper with two vintage Coach bags! My boots are from Zara which I bought on sale I think they were $200 but I got them on sale for 50% off. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can show you all my wonderful vintage summer dresses.

They are the authors of the blog the Goodwill Project, their goal is to post for the year one item they have purchased from Goodwill. Please check out their blog and become inspired too it will give you a new outlook the next time you step into a Goodwill store!

Hi all, today I am hitting you with a one two punch since I missed Monday's Must have list....sorry I was working all day. I will start off with today's upcycle of the day and follow with what I am lusting for on Etsy.
I was recently vintage shopping for vintage plates for Jakob's new office/showroom I am decorating. I want to give the showroom a vintage cafe feel. I can search for old dishes and cutlery til the cow's come home. I love that hodge podge mismatch plate feel but let's not get off topic. Today I am featuring another talented crockery upcycler from Etsy The Vintage Parlor I love everything she has especially the soap dish with Lavez Les Mains ( Wash your hands in French) I think I may have to put it on my Mother's Day want list :)
So here is a brief rundown of my Monday Lust List, it is a bit of a high low vintage selection. The sweater being a lower price and the boots higher I think they would look great with a cute full mini skirt or jean shorts. also shhhhhh don't tell Jakob I could not help myself I bought this Isabel Marant style sweater for a song and I can not wait to rock it!!!!!

I have always loved vintage travel luggage ( I even bullied my boyfriend into getting some for his room) but I have always steered clear of the 60's and 70's style hard plastic luggage set, they just were not appealing until now! I found these upcycled beauties on Etsy and loved the hand painted stag print on the bottom corner. What a great idea to spruce up old luggage!

I'm back from my lovely vacation and excited to get down to business. I'm excited because I found a new green blog via netaporter, to follow that is stylish and very informative. Fashion Me Green combines all the green goodness I love fashion, food and just being a green girl at heart!
I am really loving the vintage finds on Etsy and the creativity of some of the sellers. The dress and sunglasses I found on Etsy and the AMAZING ecofriendly shoes I found via Fashion Me Green.

Today I am posting a pair of vintage red Levis jeans I up cycled. There they were hanging in all of their 90's high waisted glory just waiting to be cut and distressed. As usual I was inspired by Isabel Marant....love her stuff!!!
Green Note: as most of you may know high waist jean shorts have been in for several seasons and don't seem to be going anywhere so the next time you see a pair of vintage Levis cut them to jean short's and let the washer machine do their magic of fraying them :) It will save you heaps of money instead of purchasing them at the shop for $50.
PS I leave for Sardinia tomorrow so excited. Until next week, have a wonderful easter :)

Trend Alert! So for the past few seasons I have noticed that the Navajo look has been everywhere. It is perfect for a boho chic laid back look, and that's why I love this top I found. It can be worn so many ways open, tied at the waist or buttoned up. Different looks for one shirt perfect!
It's in my shop now so check it out :)
